Boston, Massachusetts touring band Slamwich has crafted their own unique sound while taking heavy inspiration from MySpace Era Style Deathcore featuring chaotic live show energy, intense vocal performances and unrelenting instrumentals. Slamwich is Influenced by both the musical arrangements and vocal style of old Thy Art is Murder as well as the technicality and melodic impact of The Faceless and The Black Dahlia Murder, Slamwich adds a new beatdown aesthetic of modern slam into the mix, making an old genre fresh again. Brutal imagery of meathooks and gore paint a picture for their lyrical themes and provide a fitting visual element to the sonic experience. Melodic and fast-paced riffs foreshadowing hard hitting breakdowns is the recipe for violence and Slamwich is the cook.
The New England based five piece consists of Frankie Puleo (vocals), Andrea Jerez (guitar), Oscar Resti (guitar), Joey Culberg-McClung (bass), and Riley Zadoorian (drums).
