Formed in 2011, DEAD RABBITTS is a band helmed by Craig Mabbitt, also known as the vocalist of hard rock favorites, ESCAPE THE FATE.  With an added EDM soundscape, DEAD RABBITTS’ sound is a departure from Mabbitt’s other work, a return to previous form of sorts, reflecting his earlier work in THE WORD ALIVE.

With bandmates, guitarist Erik Jensen and drummer Blake Bailey, Mabbitt is readying a full-length release that will come out through Bloodblast Distribution in early 2022.  The freedom the project has given Mabbitt is reflected in the variety of the singles DEAD RABBITTS has released in 2020 and 2021.  This versatility is further reflected in the new single.

New single, “Acceptance,” shows off Mabbitt’s vocal prowess and ability to make order out of audio-chaos with his melodies.  The theme of “Acceptance” is one dear to his heart –his amazing recovery in quarantine.  “This song is very important to me, it’s about the best decision I ever made, sobriety. I hope this can help inspire you to find the light if you are in a war with similar demons,” he explains.

Mabbitt continues to inspire his fans with his openness via his music and his Twitch-based outreach.  Creating a community through his passions is Mabbitt’s way of making his indelible mark on the world.
